2026 Crab Boil with California Inspirations

Join us for a festive evening at Terra Amico Farms as we celebrate the flavors of the California coast with a classic Crab Boil experience. In partnership with California Inspirations, this special dinner brings together fresh seasonal ingredients, coastal seafood, and a relaxed farm atmosphere.

The evening begins with a Seasonal Salad Buffet featuring spring greens, arugula, and baby spinach with fresh berries, local raw and pickled vegetables, and lemon-herbed quinoa. Enjoy house-made strawberry balsamic vinaigrette and classic green goddess dressing.

The highlight of the evening is The Boil—a generous spread of Dungeness and snow crab clusters, Andouille sausage, wine-steamed artichokes, baby potatoes, and local sweet corn. Everything is simmered in a wine-bathed broth with lemon, butter, garlic, and coastal spices for a rich and flavorful feast. Crab pickers, drawn butter, lemon aioli, tabasco, and bibs will be provided—so come ready to dig in!

We’ll finish the night with strawberry shortcake topped with fresh strawberries and lemon-scented whipped cream.

Your ticket includes one glass of beer or wine, and additional beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

A portion of the proceeds will support fundraising for the Fattoria Public Market and Food Hub project in Morgan Hill, helping build a vibrant local food destination that connects farmers, food producers, and the community.

Farm to Table Dinner with Chef Lou from The Cellar Door Catering

When we say farm fresh and that the ingredients are just steps away, we mean it!

Chef Lou Zulaica of Cellar Door Catering will bring his creativity and award winning skills to the Farm. Chef Lou brings a classically trained foundation from the California Culinary Institute, complemented by an immersive internship in France that refined his technique and appreciation for elevated cuisine. His menus effortlessly span from soulful comfort food to refined, gourmet delicacies—creating unforgettable dining experiences tailored to every occasion.

Fresh organic ingredients are just within feet of where dinner will be served. The outdoor kitchen and dining space offers a scenic view of the California hills and native oak trees. Our hand built greenhouse where all the magic begins and loving farm animals are all nearby for you to experience and explore.

Terra Amico Farms started out as an organic family owned farm focusing on the diverse varieties of heirloom tomatoes. Our dream has been to provide the community with organic, wholesome vegetables and to educate our family, friends and neighbors about where their food comes from. Over the past four years we have grown to be the local hub for heirloom tomatoes. With over 5,000 tomato plants growing on the farm and seasonal zucchini, artichokes surrounding the landscape, and fresh basil around every corner, we have so much to offer. Chef Guillaume utilizes every bit that the farm provides to create his seasonal and creative menus. We have partnered with neighboring producers of proteins and other vegetables to fill in the gaps for things that currently aren’t growing on our property. We can’t wait to share our farm, fields, and food with you!

Dinner is held on a farm, so dress appropriately. The wind picks up in the afternoons so bringing a jacket is advised. Shoes have a tendency to get a little dusty so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home.

Pricing:

$175 per person for this 5-course dinner with a variety of wines to sample from Lion Ranch Vineyards and handcrafted beer from Alestake Brewery. Our tables seat 12 and we serve plated meals for each guest. We encorage you to fill a table with your family and friends. Singles, couples and smaller groups are also welcome and will enjoy meeting new friends on the farm.
